  misc.last can crash the computer where the bot is running

Bug description:
  With specific regular expressions in misc.last commnad, Supybot starts
  taking all resources, which in can get.

  Example of crashing command:
  !misc last --regexp m/(.*\w){512}/

  This bug has been fixed in forks, Gribble and Limnoria.
