Title:
  Ubotufr supybot-wizard says that SSL is used by default if enter is
  pressed in SSL question, but SSL isn't enabled.

Bug description:
  I just setup Ubotufr to test
  https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/supybot/+bug/996947 and
  noticed this. In supybot-wizard there is question "Do you want to use
  SSL with this network?". It reads "default value: y). But if enter is
  pressed (default value taken), the config file reads
  "supybot.networks.freenode.ssl: False".

  PS. That issue, which I tested allowed command to be run --> affects
  ubotufr.
