  ubottu should /notice in the control channel for floodbot bans

Status in The official Ubuntu IRC bots:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  When floodbot sets a ban in #ubuntu there is no /notice for ops to set a comment/duration.
  Have ubottu /notice #ubuntu-ops-monitor to set a @comment.
