Logs are now collected in the same manner as the core channels
(Canonical provided) so the only issue left is the format of the old UDS
logs

  UDS public logs need to be more user friendly

Bug description:
  * Log timestamps should be links

  If you wanted to point to a specific meeting at UDS, there is
  currently no way to. This presents a major usability issue and almost
  renders the service pointless since you have to search through DAYS
  worth of a single log to be able to find what your looking for.

  * Logs should be split by day

  Currently, the entire UDS period (up to 5 days) worth of logs are in one
  file (http://ubottu.com/uds-logs/archives/uds-r/%23ubuntu-
  uds-b3-m2.log).. this is very much not user friendly. The logs should be
  split daily.

  * Clean the clutter out of IRC logs

  Currently the IRC logs are full of clutter:

  2012-10-31T17:01:49  *** alex-abreu has joined #ubuntu-uds-b3-m2
  2012-10-31T17:02:00  *** micahg has quit IRC
  2012-10-31T17:02:30  *** FourDollars has quit IRC

  The code should be updated to not include these lines in the logs, and
  the previous logs should be stripped of these lines.
