  Can't create github bug snarfers

Status in Ubuntu IRC Bots:

Bug description:
  I'd like to use the Bugtracker plugin for a few projects that are
  hosted on github instead of launchpad. This bug is to request this
  support be added. I don't think I'll be able to figure this one out so
  I can't include a PR. :(
