Jonas, Boa tarde!

Desculpa a demora para lhe responder... nem sei se vc já obteve a solução,
mas caso ainda estaja com o problema eu estou lhe enviando um ho-to
explicando como montar um servidor de repositorio local... o APT-CACHER...
pois não sei como esta sua infra-estrutura ai e como o erro não esta bem
claro acho melhor vc dar uma lida neste link
