I will look for an example.

To make it a bit clearer: I am sure, when I wrote this bug report the
translation *was not updated* after rebooting.

Would it do any harm to simply call "kbuildsycoca --noincrement" on a
language-pack-kde update, for example by a postinst-script? I guess not.
