Hello, I'd like to apply for membership in the bug control team.
1: My Launcpad-is is andreas-noteng, and I've signed the code of
conduct. I promise to keep a respectful tone, and be polite even
towards people that are rude to me.

2: I've read and understood the required guides listed on
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/UbuntuBugControl .

3: Things that look like bank account numbers, passwords, keys etc.

4: I adopted checkinstall, but it's a very small package with almost
no bugs. My mentor is a xorg man, but I soon discovered I was better
off triaging simpler packages. I mostly look for old, untouched bugs
or bugs without a package, and start there. There is WAY to many very
old untouched bugs in lp.

5: I didn't keep a list, but here are some of  the bugs I've been
involved in:
Bug #554627, I have asked in #ubuntu-bugs for it to be set as
triaged/high (makes a default installation unusable).
Bug #554695, I have asked in #ubuntu-bugs for it to be set as
triaged/medium (moderate impact on a core application)
Bug #335855
Bug #512702
Bug #521721
Bug #50879, I have asked in #ubuntu-bugs for it to be set as
triaged/low (A cosmetic/usability issue that does not limit the
functionality of an application)
