@Steve: I agree it is likely a bug in gstreamer (probably
Inst->track->max_volume - Inst->track->min_volume = 0, so the division
cannot be done), but you should probably protect
xvd_calculate_avg_volume() from that by not doing the division in this
case (that was just from a quick look, the bug might be elsewhere).
