Hi Robert,

Thanks for your application. I agree with Brian that you have shown that
you understand the process, and I endorse your membership.

Regarding "fixed" versus "worked around", perhaps the easiest
distinction is that a "workaround" is something every end user has to do
to avoid being affected by the bug, while a "fix" is something the
developer does that fixes it for everybody.
