I'm not certain this is really necessary, and think it may be rather
confusing as wiki.ubuntu.com/Bugs/HowToTriage has always been about how
to triage bug tasks about Ubuntu the distribution and packages included
in it. In my opinion the page should not have special information for
every project that uses Launchpad.
