The report in the Error Tracker is missing information likely because
the core file was not sent for some reason. If you ask the reporter for
the .crash file then it may contain enough information (the unretraced
StacktraceTop) to make a determination if bug 186782 is a duplicate.

Alternatively, given that the fix for LP: #1768855 is in -proposed you
could just ask them to install that version of ufraw and see if it fixes
the crash for them. If I recall correctly the crash is pretty common.
