The proposal to merge ~yomonokio/ubuntu-qa-tools:vm-scp_restore into ubuntu-qa-tools:master has been updated.

Description changed to:

Moved vm-scp from vm-toolstools/deprecated/vm-scp to vm-toolstools/vm-scp, as it's still being used from some test-scripts.
