I see no issues here so I vote +1.

Councilor Meneses is a member of the governing body for Ubuntu Colombia
so he is required to be recused from this vote.  This is in keeping with
our normal practice.

The votes of currently sitting members who are not recused from this
matter are unanimous.  The application for re-verification is hereby
APPROVED for a period of two years from the date of this vote being
closed, specifically October 3, 2016.  There being no further business,
this case is hereby CLOSED.

If you require any further assistance or have questions please do not
hesitate to contact the LoCo Council in the future.
