 I'm not sure. With all the dates collected and the procedure
documented
 I think it's clear what needs to happen. The only thing left is
perhaps
 finding somebody who's reponsible on each board to bring up their
 restaffing procedure early enough. Maybe we can also do this via
email.

 Who'd be up for taking on the responsibility for their respective
board?

 Anything else I missed?

the mail re our re staffing needs anyways.
