 18.04.2013  Ask the CC

Originally we reached out to all councils and boards in
https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-council-teams/+members but this time we
integrated a piece of feedback from UDS, we invited flavours without a
board/council as well.

If we missed anyone or any of the dates don't work for you, please speak up.
