Hi all,

I took an action item to try to arrange a canonical support sprint for
the developers' manual. From what I gather, 5-6 face to face attendees
with a consultant, and then also online attendees is ideal.  So I'm
following that guidance.

The next thing I need to know to get started on this  are dates.

I think we are in a "sooner the better", so maybe sometime in January? 

Anyway, what please suggest dates asap, and I'll move this forward asap.
