So, if we want to do this nicely, my recommendation would be:
 - check if the rock is at
https://github.com/canonical/oci-factory/tree/main/oci, and if so, there
will be a contacts.yaml with the information you're looking for,
 - but if not, and especially for older Docker images that are still
maintained separately by individual teams, you can check this sheet
