OK, 900 webcam is not well supported by kernel provided with Ubuntu EEE.
I tried  to compile by hand uvcvideo_20070706-4.tar.gz and works great!

There is a great custom made kernel for Hardy optimized for eeepc.
It's fast and have all the kernel drivers needed for 900 and 701 (madwifi cvs, uvcvideo, multitouch...).

Bug description:
Webcam on 900 does't work after a fresh install of Ubuntu Eee.
It capture a frame and then freeze.

It's works good on Xandros and works good on standard Hardy out of the box.
