The question that nobody wanted to answer is back.  And from my perspective, it's pretty useless on the 900.  Certainly no better than vanilla Ubuntu 8.04.  It doesn't fix any of the problems, like the issue where your eee doesn't shut down completely when you use the power button of the icon.  And it seems to take a day and half to boot up.  The wireless isn't recognized.  Anybody who puts this distribution on a 900 will be wasting their time.  But if it makes the developers feel any better, Ubuntu on the 900 isn't going any better anywhere else.  There's a whole lot of info out there.  Little of it works.
