willemreinders is still having a problem:
Got the wireless working at last.
The trick seems to be:
1- Disactivate the wireless drivers as installed by Ubuntu at installation (System>Hardware Drivers .. disactivate both drivers)
2- Reboot
3- Install the wireless driver (see:
http://forum.eeeuser.com/viewtopic.php?id=34427)
4- Reactivate the drivers (System>Hardware drivers ...)
5- Reboot
