rydos proposed the following answer:
hi now with the error 21..run ubuntu agan from live and then go to terminal and edit file under your installed ubuntu on usb drive..on the usb go to boot/grub/ and there open sudo gedit menu.lst
in the end of that file you see list of boot ordes and there is written (hd2.0) change this to (hd0.0) 
and it should work
