New question #45888 on Ubuntu Eee:

Installed Ubuntu-eee 8.04.1 Gold to the 16GB SSD on a Eee 900 20GB.
It will go into suspend (blinking power light) but will not resume (power light on but LCD does not turn on). 
Is there need to tweak the newest version of Ubuntu EEE to get this working?

Was able to get hibernate to work with your guide in the Wiki.
