I remember I used to get this fault when opera crashed, and file 'lock'
existed in ~/.opera/ but probably it won't help you much. I know it's a
long shot, but you can try to open terminal and write "chown -R <your-
username> ~/.opera" and after it's done "chmod -R u+rwx ~/.opera". If
the problem isn't fixed after those two operations, you could always
uninstall Opera, remove ~/.opera folder and install it again.
