[Bug 263404] Re: Rotating screen does not work
This is a bug fixed in 8.10. No fix will be released for 8.04 due to
major underlying changes.

Bug description:
When activating rotated video output, the display is indeed rotated, but the entire screen dimension (1024x600) are not used, instead only 600x600 is rendered.
As a side effect, keyboard and mouse input seems to stop working. But, I'm able to kill the x-server with control-alt-backspace.
This happens on Ubutu Eee 8.04 on an Eee Pc 901.
