Same issue but in my case it was sdb1 vs sdc1. Does anyone understand
why the line

/dev/sdb1       /media/cdrom0   udf,iso9660 user,noauto,exec,utf8 0
0

is in the fstab file by default if the first flash drive plugged into a
system mounts as /dev/sdb1?
