[Bug 265133] Re: PPA repository missing from sources.list
PPA packages are unsigned, not including a PPA repository by default
makes complete sense. But there's no reason why there can't be a
properly signed repository, since all it takes is a webserver.

Bug description:
There is no entry in the Apt repository list for the PPA Launchpad repository after installation of Ubuntu 8.04.1 RC2 on an EEE 1000.
>From the netbook-remix-team on launchpad ( https://launchpad.net/~netbook-remix-team/+archive ), the sources for hardy should be as follows.
deb http://ppa.launchpad.net/netbook-remix-team/ubuntu hardy main
deb-src http://ppa.launchpad.net/netbook-remix-team/ubuntu hardy main
This sources repository will allow for updates for maximus, ume-launcher, human-netbook-theme, go-home-applet and window-picker-applet.
Is there a reason this is not included, or did it not get copied into the sources.list for apt along the way of the install?
