Dolganov Victor gave more information on the question:
If I enable wireless in bion, i can toggle it by Fn+F2. But if i leave
wireless off, after reboot it gets disabled in bios, and i cannot enable
it by Fn+F2. Even 'sudo modprobe rt2860sta' in terminal don't help, and
ra0 no in list by 'ifconfig -a'.
