I disagree. Ubuntu-eee decided upon the colour of the top bar. Navy blue
volume bars does not look good with a Black bar. Ubuntu-eee needs to fix
it.

Bug description:
On the top panel, because it is black, you can not see the blue curved bars which represent the level of volume of the Volume Applet. 

See screenshot, to understand the bug. In the screenshot, the volume is at 100%.
