[Bug 315025] Re: Open Office does not install on EP1.0
As far as I understand:
the launchpad address is not in the sources list direct after install.
The language tool just goes ahead in installing the chosen language.
Open office language stuff 2.4 does not like open office 3.0 tools and
removes them. (And it wants some other stuff: thunderbird locale-nl
gimp-help-nl)
If you try to do it through synaptic, you get a warning and can cancel
the operation.
After I've added the source for open office 3 , I could install the
language support for OO and the applet in the menu took care of the
other translations.
So it seems to me that somehow the correct sources.list should get
installed.

Bug description:
On my clean install of the Easy Peasy 1.0 on my 700 4g the OO did not install. I choosed swedish as installation language. When I look in synaptic I can find OO but in version 2.4.
