The author of the logo is called Macs and is named Masimo. The logo is copyrighted the Easy Peasy organization and is soon to be trademarked.

Bug description:
easy peasy have currently no usplash theme.
attached is a deb package with an usplash theme for easy peasy, based on the lemon logo.
please can someone tell who is the author of the logo so that i can add his name to the copyright ?
what is the license to use this logo ? (i must tell it in the package)
if the idea of such a theme, where should i put the source code  ? (if no repo, i'll put it on my website)
