Bug description:
Binary package hint: usplash

I actually do not know how to describe this, but when I boot into the live session I something that looks like the top left corner of the progress bar in the middle of the screen, see the attached screenshot (marked by red circle).

ubuntu version: Ubuntu Desktop amd64 (20080724.1)
