The best solution at the moment seems to be installing Adam McDaniel's
kernel (linux-image-2.6.27-7-eeepc). This works perfectly on an eee PC
900.

If you follow his instructions it is simple to set up.

The Eee PC has non-working wireless out of the box. A patch is available from the madwifi website:
http://madwifi.org/ticket/1679
I'd like to have working wireless in hardy, without having to patch/compile manually :)
