Hello,
I am just a not nowing person.
But when i installed EEEBUNTU Standerd  everything was just working perfect automatical.
So that could giff the answer to all problems.
And to go even on, I just put Kubuntu 8.04.2 on my Netbook and it looks very good it boots good and everything is working as far as i can see.
So Boys and Girls maby there is the solution to tge problems.

Bug description:
Binary package hint: linux-restricted-modules

The Eee PC has non-working wireless out of the box. A patch is available from the madwifi website:

http://madwifi.org/ticket/1679

I'd like to have working wireless in hardy, without having to patch/compile manually :)
