Dude my presence is in this team should be for logistical purposes only.
But since you asked my opinion I will answer :D

I don't know if I got point D right or not, but if you mean that FGs admins
has to be in the council I have to object. FGs number could be very large
(in the future at least), and we can't resize the council according to the
no. of FGs.

I beleive "A" is a good choice.

This is what is used in Ubuntu elections, and supposedly it maintains
privacy of the users. Anonymous and It doesn't store their emails or
anything.

This is a good start, but I guess forget financial group or you can have it
integrated with the marketing team if you want. I don't really understand
what you mean by "(To share efforts and challenges between many persons
with different minds and experiences)."

We can consider this like a job. We can have trainees but we need
professionals as well. So anyone interested can join but we need people
with experience in that specific field. It all depends on the nature of the
FG of course and should be handled case by case.

I believe people need to show interest and why do they want to join a
specific FGs. Having a formal process will help achieve this goal, but not
sure if it will have any other implications.

Lets not complicate this. I believe the number of members in a specific FG
will be small. The first one in an FG will most probably assume leadership,
or it can have a flat structure.
