I think it'll be better to make all the regulations needed into one
place, bring it here to vote, then compile it all into one PDF in ar
and en booklet. isA will be ready in ~3 Days...

It it suitable to call for ppl to join FGs by March 15th, give it one
week for ppl to join, ends by March 21st, on the same date we call for
picking a manger till April 1st, then
Call for nominations for new council round by April 1st(which can be
fixed date for future), till April 7, and voting from April 7 till
14th?
