Proposal of creating FGs and educational project

Hi,

1st thing:
I'm proposing creating 2 service FGs, namely:
"Operators": to moderate all of our channels, to have them all in one
place to ease contacting them and listing them in one place.

"Organizers": To help out with organizing events, this will show it's
high importance before and during events.

2nd thing:
We were talking about educational effort and it would be great if we
find some place to help ppl startup, so the full proposal is:
Jono Bacon has just created his "Accomplisments"[1] app, it's cool...
so, I already have a project in mind to create, it is a software that
teaches ppl Programming, first by introducing material to read, second
give home work, when a home work goes successfully it's an
accomplishment(hence we will get a copy of Jono's work to continue
with this new direction).
It'll be different accomplishments: JOno's app targets things ppl do
on lp to help ubuntu, and ours targets ppl do to learn and help others
in the same step.

So, we create a -devel team to mentor ppl on it with variety of
subjects like GTK, Qt, Development itself, Zeitgeist and so on(all
possible subjects).
On the other hand, we'll have that project: we'll shape the very final
shape we want the project to look like, then we split the whole way to
completing the project into many many micro tasks that will be already
reported to the project's page on lp as features requests. then people
assign themselves to the request they see good for them and try hard
to do it. on their way they can ask on the mentorship Mailing list and
here the wheel spins.
So, everyone will learn through participating and the product will be
learning many other ppl, this will make ppl get the lesson they
understand and directly help the whole world with that piece of
experience :D
