Wazery 3ando 7a2, Ubuntu branding guidelines is not there for loco teams
mainly, plus we're, as a loco, totally free to make our own graphical
work... On the other hand, I bet Jonathan meant, if we stay with the
branding guidelines it would help Ubuntu itself to grow, by making the
same set of colours and patterns recognizable to people... that image is
fine by me, I +1. maybe we can follow those guidelines on 4000 isA :D

  Create a banner for facebook page when we reach 3000 members

Bug description:
  As a celebration for reaching 3000 follower on facebook we need a
  banner to show that. That banner will be our cover photo for quite a
  while.

  It needs to show the number "3000" and be festive :)
