Bug description:
  Every FG must have a guide page for the new comers, this page should
  include:

  - Minimal requirements (certain tools, knowledge, etc..) for joining the FG.
  - Tutorials, refrences, and learning materials.
  - Task list.

  Take in consideration that we should finish them in 5 days.
