The problem is: There is nothing to document here!

I want to tell people "do the events", just like that. If anyone is
interested enough to do the event then why should we care about what will
happen! Again, they aren't any different from us. We shouldn't/can't be
controlling every Ubuntu related thing in Egypt, we just can try to be
involved somehow.

I guess you got me wrong because you mentioned "Decentralization" as a
generic term. We are specifically talking about the next release party.
Building teams in other governorates is a totally different topic but I
think will be encouraged by event like these.
