I have a few points I would like to raise:

1. The problem with trying to invite someone with experience is that if we 
don't already know someone, we'll most probably do nothing. I don't know 
exactly what do you think would require experience. The proposal is simple 
enough and would do a good buzz, may be not the greatest but we can
expect it to be good enough.

2. You also mentioned that guy would "kick start our plans ...". I am not
sure how these two are related exactly. We haven't been working at all for 
a whole month. It's a plan issue at all.

3. Our marketing team was mainly Anas and Jonathan and both aren't free
at the time being to help us. 

4. My main concern with the marketing campaign is to have some work for
new recruits. This is the real challenge IMHO.
