I mentioned this in the "12.10 Release party" email. We can use the release
party to be our first orientation session, and we can try to extend the
event on several days. For instance we can have an offline party where we
actually meet the team and new members and give the orientation session and
discuss lauchpad ..etc and also have another day completely online to
discuss the same stuff.

What do you think ?
