we won't ban people unless they ignore all the warnings, and i think that people who ignore all the warning are worthy banning
AND, i am sure other groups are suffering of such spam & are asking their members to stop as well so we won't look like "bad guys"

  Facebook apps spam in the facebook group

Status in ubuntu-eg:

Bug description:
  Some of the group members are registered to some facebook apps that
  spam the group with scheduled posts. What should we do regarding these
  posts? Should they be treated as apps and add add those members to the
  strikes sheet leading to their ban? or just delete the posts?
