I think we should come up with a more robust way to handle this, what about
a page in our website connected to a small database or a google spreadsheet
that any one can view , but only us can edit. or maybe something similar on
launchpad.

Bug description:
Some of the group members are registered to some facebook apps that
spam the group with scheduled posts. What should we do regarding these
posts? Should they be treated as apps and add add those members to the
strikes sheet leading to their ban? or just delete the posts?
