I was testing some unrelated stuff in an Ubuntu Trusty install and decided to check for updates prior to rebooting into my stable Precise to do some banking and bill paying. The only update available was 'gnome-settings-daemon' from the gnome 3 PPA so I went for it and got this warning when I tried to reboot:

No idea how to file a bug against
