Usually, when someone reports a bug, there are other people who try to do 'Bug Triage' and see whether they can re-produce that bug or not. Also, when a developer sees a bug, if he/she can't find enough information that helps him/her to solve that reported bug, he/she will leave a comment and do the needful.
I had a look at the bug you reported. I'm not a developer but most likely the developers will mark it as 'incomplete' or ask for more input.
