Is a bug or a regretion on GNOME 3.10?

I have a machine with GNOME 3.8, using Ubuntu GNOME, and it allows you press ALT and a number (highlighted when ALT is pressed on overview) to select a window, is useful for any one with no mouse.

This feature is not present on 3.10.
