[Ubuntugnome-qa] Ubuntu GNOME 14.04 LTS Installation sequence

Hello Team
The install sequence progresses to a password entry requirement (AP) before
a keyboard is selected.
Please understand that not all countries in the (English-speaking) world use
a US keyboard layout.

For a net-book with no wired NIC and a complex AP password this is a
monumental QA fail.
