We really should participate in Alpha 1 if only to get the QA team swinging back into action, does anyone volunteer to take on this task and
drive things home?
Rougly what is needed is:
1. Let release team know we are participating
2. Put out call for testing on lists/social media
3. Track important bugs that pop up on http://iso.qa.ubuntu.com/qatracker
4. Prepare release notes on Ubuntu Wiki
