Rougly what is needed is:

1. Let release team know we are participating
2. Put out call for testing on lists/social media
3. Track important bugs that pop up on http://iso.qa.ubuntu.com/qatracker
4. Prepare release notes on Ubuntu Wiki

If you think we 'should', then all the above can be handled in few hours ;)

I wasn't ready for that to be honest and thought we might be able to skip A1 and do A2 but again, you're the developer here and you know much better about our technical need.

I can handle 1,2 and 4 but I would lie if I will state that can handle 3 as well as I'm busy these days with other stuff and can't do any kind of testing at the moment, sorry.
