OK, it's on. Cheers Martin for volunteering to help. I propose this
timescale.
Tomorrow (Tuesday 28th) morning UTC I'll set up the milestone on the ISO
tracker and kick a rebuild of all flavours (MATE, Kylin, Kubuntu). After
that rebuilds are self service - if you're a flavour lead you should
have access to do this.
We didn't do an archive freeze for Alpha 1 and that seemed to be okay so
I don't propose to do one this time. Will ask developers to hold off on
breaking -proposed though.
I ask that flavours get all their testing done by 1600 UTC on Thursday
30th and mark as ready on the ISO tracker by then. If you have release
notes please get them to Martin before this time so he can include in
the release announcement.
Join us on #ubuntu-release if you have any issues.
Cheers,
